5 things about me
Sans Persuasion: I like that product design focuses on creating things that people want to use and needs and gaps in the market. I think that's worth spending 8 hrs per day on.

Growing Up: I grew up (professionally) in advertising, and while I happily shed many things I don't like, I gladly kept the good things like relentlessly asking the question Why?.
2.
One Team: I believe that there should be no separation between teams (UX, Visual Design and Dev) - it should all be one team because at the end of the day, our work is being judged and evaluated based on the product we put out in the world.
3.
Solving Problems: Design as a discipline within product industry is about solving problems and as such should be at the forefront of creating solutions and building bridges. Not an afterthought to the tech, not a delivery focused discipline.

Design Thinking + Agile Process is like asking RUN-DMC to work with Aerosmith. At first everyone thinks it's not gonna work, but when it does - magic 🎆 🦄 🤘
